Green Atom (“we”, “us”) is a South African B2B cannabis manufacturing and supply infrastructure company. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

We are the Responsible Party for the personal information processed via this site under POPIA.

• Contact & business details you submit — name, surname, email, phone, company and region (via quotes, enquiries and account sign-up).
• Quote and order details — the products and services you request.
• Account information — email and a securely hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text).
• Usage data — with your consent, anonymous page-view analytics to understand how the site is used.

We process your information to:

• Respond to quotes and enquiries and provide the products/services you request.
• Manage your account and send you your quotes and invoices.
• Operate, secure and improve the site.
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example email delivery and database hosting — under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, and where required by law.
